Acrylic Parquet HPP

Areas of application

EVT Parquet HPP may be used for the sealing of joints on all types of wood floors, such as parquet, planks and wood-block paving, before and after wood sealing. EVT HPP may also be used for the grouting of skirting and
other connecting fixtures.

Properties

EVT Parquet HPP is a ready-for-use single component, high quality dispersion-acrylic sealant, which is free of silicone and formaldehyde. It hardens to become a ductile and non-ageing finished product by means of desiccation. (drying by water absorbtion).

Application

Surfaces must be dry, capable of bearing loads and free from grease and dust. Porous surfaces (such as concrete or uncoated wood) must be pre-treated with diluted sealant consisting of EVT Parquet HPP and water in ratios of 1:1 to 1:5 (= primary application). To ensure tidy grouting, the joint edges may be masked with adhesive tape. Then smooth the joint with water and the use of a trowel or your finger; remove the masking tape immediately. Fresh sealant residue can be removed with a moist cloth. It is normal for the joint surface to become slightly concave as a result of the desiccation process.

Storage

In cool and dry environments, EVT Parquet HPP can be stored for at least 12 months.

We endeavour to send all orders received by 1pm on the same day, however, during busy periods orders make take longer to despatch.

Please note that courier deliveries may be made from 8am - 6pm and must be signed for on delivery.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, please return it within 14 days from date of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item(s) must be returned in an 'as new' condition with your full name, address, phone number, email address and the details of the item(s) you are returning. Furthermore, you must state your reasons for the return and if you would like to exchange the item(s) or have them refunded.

FSBF can not accept returns if the item(s) have been used or are damaged.

If FSBF receive a returned item(s) that has been used or damaged, it will be returned to sender and an invoice raised against shipping costs.

Please note that all carriage costs are non refundable.

Please insure the package with the delivery company and obtain a “proof of purchase”.

FSBF will not be held responsible for losses by the delivery company.
